Rules

To ensure the convenience, tidiness, and safety of our guests and to create a pleasant atmosphere for a memorable stay, please be informed of the following rules and regulations:

1. Prohibition of bringing personal electrical appliances. Violation will result in a fine of 3,000 Baht.
2. No smoking inside the accommodation. Violation will result in a fine of 1,000 Baht.
3. Avoid loud noises after 10:00 P.M. (outside the accommodation).
4. Prohibition of littering and improper disposal of waste. Violation will result in a fine of 3,000 Baht.
5. Use of the swimming pool must comply with the pool regulations.
6. Bringing personal sound equipment, including playing car audio, is strictly prohibited as it may disturb neighbors and wildlife.
7. Moving or rearranging sound equipment and furniture inside the accommodation is not allowed.
8. Overstaying without prior notice will incur a fee of 500 Baht per person.
9. Any illegal activities, substance abuse, or bringing prohibited substances into the accommodation will result in a fine of 1,000 Baht per violation.
10. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
